Gospel Scholar’s mission is to help people increase in knowledge and faith through content that is both enlightening and entertaining. We enable instructors to create and share educational content that is accessible to students that purchase the content. We need rules to keep our platform and services safe for you, us, and our student and instructor community. These Terms apply to all your activities on the Gospel Scholar website, and other related services (“Services”).

1. Terms

By accessing this website and purchasing products from Gospel Scholar and its related entities (hereafter GS), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations relating thereto.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM AND INFORMED NOT TO USE OR ACCESS THIS SITE NOR TO PURCHASE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC BY GS.

2. Grant of License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable material on the GS website for personal, non-commercial private viewing only. This permission is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• use or sell the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

Further, GS does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, income ability, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such training, materials, or on any sites linked to this site.

Gospel Scholar DOES NOT HOLD ITSELF OUT AS A POST SECONDARY SCHOOL AND PROVIDES NO EDUCATIONAL STATE CREDITS NOR ANY STATE AUTHORIZED DEGREES OR CERTIFICATES THAT COULD BE USED FOR POST SECONDARY SCHOOL BENEFITS OR ALTERNATIVES OF ANY KIND. MOREOVER, THE SERVICES TRAINING AND PRODUCTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO MAKE YOU MONEY AND YOU CANNOT RELY ON TO THE CONTRARY.

THE USE OF THE TERM ‘SCHOOL’ THROUGHOUT THE TRAINING COURSES SHALL MEAN MERELY A TRAINING SCHOOL PROGRAM AND NOT A ‘SECONDARY SCHOOL’.

4. Limitations

In no event shall GS be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the training and materials on the GS website/blogs/videos/conferences or the like including but not limited to the use of its training and products. even if the GS. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you and such Jurisdictional choice of laws will prevail in the event the Venue and choice of Laws provision at Section 8 below is deemed unenforceable.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the GS website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. FTFM does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. GS may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. GS does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials. It is your responsibility to do ongoing reviews of the Terms to maintain compliance.

GS has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by GS of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

GS may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use and you will be responsible to make ongoing and regular reviews of these terms.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to and against GS and its related entities and website shall be governed by the laws, choice of Laws, venue, and Jurisdiction of Utah County, State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

It is understood by you that you are a Customer or Licensee only. GS will not provide any fringe benefits, insurance, vacation or otherwise upon your becoming a member. Any and all of your family, staff employees, and associates shall be bound to the same terms as you under this agreement.

10. REFUND POLICY

GS desires to make you happy, and if you are not satisfied or pleased with your purchase or results you may contact GS for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. While GS hopes it will not come to that, it will make it painless as possible. NOTE THAT ONLY PURCHASES DIRECTLY FROM GS qualify for this refund policy.

11. ENFORCEMENT

In the event, GS must enforce any breach of these terms and conditions it will be entitled to recovery of reasonable attorneys fees and Court costs associated with such recovery.

12. CONSENT

Upon purchasing a course from GS, you consent to receive emails about content updates, promotions, and various other newsletters. You also consent to allow your email address to be used in a “look-a-like” audience for Facebook advertising algorithms to find new prospective customers with similar likes and interests.

UPON REVIEW AND READING OF THESE TERMS YOU INDIVIDUALLY AND AS A MEMBER IN ANY CAPACITY WILL BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREOF. YOU SHOULD SEEK YOUR OWN LEGAL COUNSEL BEFORE BECOMING A MEMBER OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT FROM GS OR ITS RELATED ENTITIES.
